Direct Support Professional

It takes a special person to provide the daily, hands-on support needed at WFCDD.

DSP's provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Caring, patient, willing to teach. If this describes you, let’s see if we can get you to work as a Direct Support Professional.

RN /LPN/CMA

The people we serve at WFCDD are typically very medically fragile. A perfect place to provide long-term, loving care while still practicing a wide range of challenging nursing skills.

Autism Program Support Staff

Part-Time Position

The following duties are customary for this position but are not to be construed as all-inclusive. Duties may include but are not limited to preparing or implementing lesson plans for participants in the areas of:

• Sensory Communication
• Transitional
• Social
• Recreational
• Daily Living Skills

Position requires mentoring or job coaching as well as other duties needed within program

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Strong organizational, Interpersonal, and communication skills
• Punctual
• Experience working with children/adults with disabilities, preferably Autism

This application will cover the 2012 Spring Afternoon Program. The part-time position is needed Monday thru Thursday from approximately 3:00pm-5:15pm. Resumes are not necessary, but encouraged.
